  1. Losing fat and gaining muscle are two different things. If you  have a high fat content in your body, then you need to have a proper diet and do Cardio if you want to lose fat. 
  2. To gain muscles you need to workout.You can not turn fats into muscles just by doing weight training.To be honest i have no idea why people have such an opinion. Fat and muscles are two different types of body tissues and they have no connection. 
  3. Bodybuilding can help you build muscles but if your goal is to lose fat, then you have a healthy diet and do aerobics and cardio.Bodybuilding will help you to grow your muscles. But if you want to lose fat, you need to exercise and have a proper diet.
  4. On the other hand, people also say that if you stop doing weight training, muscles will turn back in to fat... The reason many lose their muscle after stopping working is simply because of inactivity and poor eating habits.Also in the same way, many believe that if you stop your training, all the muscles you have gained will become fat.Bodybuilders who stop training become fat mainly because of poor eating habits and inactivity.
  5.  Because of these many get an opinion that muscles will turn back into fat if you stop training. This is not true. You can still maintain your muscles if you have healthy eating habits and do moderate exercise so eat clean and eat good

WHAT IS YOUR BODY TYPE?

Your body type influences how you respond to diet and training. Understand your body type in order to plan your muscle building training and diet program. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.

The different body types:

1.Ectomorph

An ectomorph is a typical skinny guy. Ecto’s have a light build with small joints and lean muscle. Usually ectomorph’s have long thin limbs with stringy muscles. Shoulders tend to be thin with little width.

Typical traits of an ectomorph:

Small “delicate” frame and bone structure
Classic “hardgainer”
Flat chest
Small shoulders
Thin
Lean muscle mass
Finds it hard to gain weight
Fast metabolism

Ectomorphs find it very hard to gain weight. They have a fast metabolism which burns up calories very quickly. Ecto’s need a huge amount of calories in order to gain weight. Workouts should be short and intense focusing on big muscle groups. Supplements are definitely recommended. Ectomorphs should eat before bed to prevent muscle catabolism during the night. Generally, ectomorphs can lose fat very easily which makes cutting back to lean muscle easier for them.

2.Mesomorph

A mesomorph has a large bone structure, large muscles and a naturally athletic physique. Mesomorphs are the best body type for bodybuilding. They find it quite easy to gain and lose weight. They are naturally strong which is the perfect platform for building muscle.

The mesomorph body type responds the best to weight training. Gains are usually seen very quickly, especially for beginners. The downside to mesomorphs is they gain fat more easily than ectomorphs. This means they must watch their calorie intake. Usually a combination of weight training and cardio works best for mesomorphs.
3.Endomorph

The endomorph body type is solid and generally soft. Endomorphs gain fat very easily. Endo’s are usually of a shorter build with thick arms and legs. Muscles are strong, especially the upper legs. Endomorphs find they are naturally strong in leg exercises like the squat.

Typical traits of an Endomorph:

Soft and round body
Gains muscle and fat very easily
Is generally short
"Stocky" build
Round physique
Finds it hard to lose fat
Slow metabolism
Muscles not so well defined

When it comes to training endomorphs find it very easy to gain weight. Unfortunately, a large portion of this weight is fat not muscle. To keep fat gain to a minimum, endomorphs must always train cardio as well as weights. Usually supplements may not be needed as long as the person has a high protein intake in their diet.

Reducing calorie intake decreases metabolism which slows calorie burn. Therefore, the more you reduce your calorie intake the more you slow your calorie burn.
 In general, it is not recommended to eat less than 1,000-1,200 calories per day unless guided by a physician. Eating too little can actually hamper weight loss efforts as you'll end up slowing your metabolism
How many calories to lose weight..Instead of feeling like you are starving yourself, reduce calorie intake up to 500 calories per day and increase exercise. This may be more sustainable for long term weight loss and preserving muscle mass. Constantly being hungry can only take you so far with weight loss! Basically its gonna effect your metabolism.
getting lower on calories would in turn make you crave more and you might end up eating higher calories food 
so it's better to eat healthy and focus more on fruits,green vegetables and starchy food and yeah don't forget to drink enough water (atleast 8-10 glass)
